Administrative Communications

Communication has a clear importance and an urgent need for business management. Effective communication in general between individuals within a group or among different groups makes clear progress and development for individuals and groups. It enables the manager to analyze issues and dilemmas in a peaceful manner and to reach the right solutions. Saying that communication errors may lead to costly results that may go to the institution of the work bad schools.

The concept of administrative communication The communication process in general means the exchange of information in order to change the behavior of others, a process that requires the presence of a sender, receiver and data to be sent and a carrier, thus the process of information exchange between two or more parties in an attempt by each party to influence the other party and impose control Therefore, according to what public relations experts know, it is a way of exchanging views between two parties that share common interests in order to achieve the goals and desires of each.

Objectives of Administrative Communication As mentioned previously, the main objective of the communication process is to influence the various activities within the institution and is necessary to develop and improve the attitudes of individuals by providing them with the necessary information to carry out their work, which ensures the achievement of work and satisfaction with the results achieved Goals for working people and the organization as a whole. In the absence of a communication process, the organization process will become ineffective, as it is necessary to communicate the information on which decision-making depends, and then communicate the decisions with the necessary explanation.

The process of communication is a two-way communication process, which means that each individual in the communication process is the sender and receiver of the data, so we conclude that to complete the communication process must be three basic elements: the sender, the receiver, the message (data).

The source of the data, which may be a single person or group of people, or it may be a book, a television, a computer or other, preferably a source of high confidence so that its information is taken more seriously and thus the communication process is more effective .
Encoding is the process of elucidating a message or sent data, by using a language or signs that are agreed upon to facilitate understanding of the message. The message is the information and data that is the subject of the communication process and can be transmitted orally or written.
The channel may be visible, written, or audio or all. It is preferable to choose the appropriate method for sending the message, depending on the nature of the work, the nature of the individuals and the subject matter of the message, and the cost and speed of the communication packet should be considered.
Recipient: In the receiver, the person or group of people who will receive the message.
Decoding and decoding is the process of decoding or translating the message, analyzing the content of the message and being done by the receiving party of the message. Of course, if there is a correspondence between the sender and receiver of the message, understanding the message is intended to be easier and more accurate.

Feedback is the process of responding to the sender, and the response may be that he or she has received the message correctly, or that the message has been understood and used, and of course this response varies depending on the situation. Disturbance: External influences that may impede the proper arrival of the message and therefore misunderstand it. This may be counterproductive, for example the sound of machines in factories, or environmental effects such as long distances or time, and can be cognitive effects such as: understanding and tendencies Or cultural factors between the sender and the receiver.
